Comfort tech spam

I keep getting a bunch of spam from the comfort tech thing. How did they get my email? I hope someone from this site didnt sell a list. Some companies might pay a pretty penny for 50,000 email accounts.

I only wrote Grasso's name and number on the men's bathroom stall. I know nothing about email spam. :D
