Since I don't get vacation yet, I would have to say vacation. Every time I want a day off I have to work some other time to bank my hours. And I could use a little vacation! :)

I'd go for the raise. I do enjoy vacations, just never get them. Not to mention when I used to have many weeks of vacation saved up I never took them, just took the days off with out pay, always kept it for back up or slow times.

I think the problem is you guys work for the man. When you are self employed,, you can do what ever you want. Give yourself a week off and give your self a raise too. But most of us enjoy working for a perfect boss so much we don’t want to take time off.

How much am I worth? $20 or more an hour I bet. Lurkers chime in. A lot of people in the US have a lot of money. There is money everywhere. You be a professinal, that is worth money. You guys can be little geniuses. Its who need who more. Fix it right. Roy
