Fall is upon us and so is comfort food.

Sunday was a great weather day for us, so we opted to keep the Prime Rib in the fridge and BBQ.

Today is cool and rainy. Today is Prime Rib day.

It smells GOOD.

Eye of round/3.5" thick, bar-b-que /smoked 1.5 hours...

Just finished Tuesday Night special for wife, she also works and brings in $$$. So we switch cooking nights.

Since I'm the grill master she was really happy with the dinner and sides. Mac & Cheese and salad..

Nope, there ain't any left overs..

IMHO there isn't anything better...

I look for whole Rib eyes on sale, get half cut in steaks and the other half....OH MY.......

At my age a Good Prime Rib roast...

Is close to Good Sex..

Of course, it depends on how it's Served.........:D

I did a 4 lb. Prime rib on my grills rotisserie last month.
I LOVE Prime rib.
