What is a good base salary and commission base salary?

What kind of sales? Service, install, commercial, residential? Where are you considering NJ Metro?

Salary depends upon the quality of the individual too.

Central Jersey.

Both residential and commercial installation, rreplacement, pm contracts.

plan on killing what you eat. No base, high % comm. Unlimited earning potential, IF the company can generate the business AND supply the support necessary for you to succeed.
