Does anyone have an IOM and programming guide for this style unit, other than what is offered on the York website?

Yes, you need to go to your local York distributor and order the following three publications:
Millennium Training Manual
036-62001-001
Installation Instruction Manual
035-16682-001-A-0704
and
Technical Guide
035-21091-003-A-0403
York has a two day (16-hour) technician qualification class specifically on the Millennium 25 to 40 ton rooftops, followed by a qualification exam on the product.
The Millennium uses the Simplicity-Elite controller which has a two digit and four digit display and four board buttons allowing you to access setpoints, recall alarms, clear alarms, bypass time delays, set up operational parameters, view sensor temperatures and change setpoints.
You can also create a network by running a three-wire shielded cable to a computer or a Pocket PC and then download York's free Simplicity software which allows you to access everything on the board from the graphics package in the software.
The software is a free download available at http://www.yorkupg.com
Go to the dealers and distributors area and then look to the left side of the window. Open the "software download" window and there you will find the free Simplicity software for downloading.
Remember, the Millennium is available in both CV and VAV versions.
