App to take pictures and put measurement on the picture

I think I saw somebody mention an app where you could take a picture and put the measurement you took on the picture somehow. Anybody know what app that is, or if it even exist?

This app allows me to skip the step of drawing anything by hand that needs to be measured and annotated. It's great for furnace to ductwork plenums and is easy to save on Evernote for future reference.
