Is it because, ?
THey want some privacy as to whom can view the info?
they dont want their current employer, to see their looking? or checking competition or , what other better opportunities are available, or to better themselves?
Or is it that, some people will cause problems , that shouldnt have access to references or certain info that should be privileged infor , or kept private?
theres not any gossipers here are there, or trouble makers are there, ?
I wouldnt think so!
so then maybe its a little of both, any personal opinions or feedback on this subject?
shouldnt there be a place in classifieds or employer view only link? and a member posting link only, to cut and paste a resume?

there is an hvacr site that does only that. ptobably owned by the same company as this site.I dont know.
write a letter to to management and tell them that the picture of that guy is scaring me.

this site gets advertisement fees for, monster jobs.com, and other places,
Those places never got me a job! just because they do just that doesnt mean theyre successful!
those places flood the employer with an automatic email,of resumes, that becomes a nusiance spam mail, that gets ignored, by the employer! alot of companies gotten this way!
that could very well be the deciding factor why this site doesnt do this the advertisement is in financial conflict with , allowing this site to allow this as a specfic resource place for the employer and the employee,
I dont think it would have any effect either financially, or in any other way!
