I have a suggestion for those who need a job with benefits, resonable hours and steady employment. Try searching @ http://www.usajobs.gov There may be just what your looking for. I say this because, years ago, I was in that position..needed insurance and regular hours, etc. The pay on some of the positions may not start at union scale but after time it does come close with fringes.
