Hi everyone! I'm a new sales person for a Canadian HVAC company and have know backgroud in the HVAC area. Can someone please help me out with the basics I need to know for HVAC sales?

You can get the companies foot in the door of an account but the techs keep the door open.

Hey Stacey: What did your employer indicate your job description to be? It seems odd, that you're asking us, and apparently haven't asked your boss what he/she expects? Are they giving you no support or training?

I am trying to organize all the training for myself. The owner has agreed to take me out on a few Sales calls and I'm going to organize for a supplier to come in and also train me. If anyone could give me some good Sales advice I would really appreciate it.
