Anyone have any experience with the Stulz ATS cyberchillers. I get to install one in october. I've worked with Stulz computer room equipment and am familier with thier controls.
This is a package type chiller, which has the compressors, evaps, and chilled water pumps in a self contained footprint. It has a split air cooled condenser roof mounted. The unit supplies chilled water at 50-54*f to the heat exchanger mounted in the equipment rack.

We have some Stulz chilled water fan coil units that were sold to our engineering as "being a cut above Liebert".
Not in my opinion.

I would agree based on thier other equipment. I was wondering if the chiller was up to the same quality, I guess I got my answer.

You meant to say South America. LOL.
We had one put in one of our com rooms. It broke down in 1 month. I think it still is. Have to visit it sometime.

I work on all brands of computer room equipment. ATS is a far cry from Liebert. If you want something that looks like it was made in your neighbors garage then go with ATS, APC, Canatal or one of the others. Tech support is generally poor and so is rapid response on repair parts. It's good that there is "competition" but it's not close as far as quality and support goes. Ya get what ya pay for.
