hi.
am looking for a solution to our problem w fan coil. It is rated 25TR serving 3 tenants almost 395sq. m area. The 2 tenants are having 74°F space temp while the 1 where the unit located is exp a 77°F and higher temps. My suspecion is that there is a short circuit in the system causing a warm temp to this area. any good expalnantion will be much appreciated. CHW temps: 53°F supply/62.5°return; CHW press: 25psi supply/19psi return. Unit's return side is almost 1 foot from the wall and it is hanging.
