New Member Looking for a good CMMS software.

Hey y'all new member here from MS.

Been in the Hvac/refrigeration trade for 15 years from self employed vending company, USCG Mk , currently facilities dir for a private school grades k-12. I definitely don't know or think I know everything and have a lot to learn from you guys.

I am needing advice on a good CMMS program for 75-80 units and equipment. That I can track pm's and cost analysis on hours spent maint/labor savings. Gonna search forums just looking for names to look for.

The guys in ARP are experts at what you are asking about. Be sure to get down there before it closes for the night!

And you cannot buy the kind of advice you can get at ARP!
I think I heard about a guy like you that learned so much from the PROFESSIONALS in ARP that he might have wound up owning the property he was working at!
