Just making a note for those who sit and wonder why.
No criminals have been caught by the 60 day delay and background check for a concealed weapon permit yet.
It seems only the law abiding citizens apply for them, the criminals still just disregard all the laws and put them in thier pocket.
I wonder why those criminals have not applied and been caught, perhaps it is just the same with that gun law as it is all the rest, they do not deter criminals.
The BMW clip I posted was a pretty good example. If the guy in the BMW did not have a permit, he became a criminal, but I doubt very many folks would find him to be dangerous compared to the dumbass's following him.
