Tapatalk plugin?

I am trying to login via tapatalk on my iPhone and I keep getting this message:
Cannot connect to forum
This forum is either restricting access from Tapatalk or the installed Tapatalk plugin is not working.

Apparently I do too. I installed the version designed for vBulletin 3 instead of vBulletin 4, oops :whistle:

I'm getting login failed again with tapatalk says I have either entered an invalid username/password, or your administrator has restricted access via tapatalk. But I can login on a computer just fine.

Mine is working fine. Occasionally I have to turn the iPad completely off and back on again or shutting down the program and restarting it when that happens. It seems like I get that error every few weeks. But it usually resolves itself or is fixed by rebooting.

I found when you get this error check your wifi. When I reset it then it works ok again.
