A 1913 house/900sq ft, three level town home doesn't have a HVAC. Roof is quite flat, so a roof top unit has to be considered. Wondering which unit might work best northern client for heating and cooling.

Please present your suggestions on how to mitigate this stifle feeling of not having fresh circulating air.
