Watch the video. The lady says kids need to be trained to die for Christ just like the Muslim kids do in the middle east for their religion.
Just in case you wondered why it's important to support the separation of church and state.

Those poor children. Having parents that are for the most part braindead and then having to endure a camp full of Bible thumpers.

Yep. That is just as wrong as Islam is. It is also not in line with the teachings of Jesus Christ.

Well, Robo, As I have gathered from reading your posts for a few years now, I understand that you have a very strong faith in Jesus Christ and you have done extensive studies of theology. I repect your views of your faith, and the approach in which you carry them out, but when you see someone, like this group, pervesing the teachings you hold near and dear, how come you are not enraged by people who do such things to tarnish your faith?
If it where my religon (or faith, however you would like to put it) I would be very offended by such people, and would let them know how I felt about it. Have you contacted the people who are perverting the teachings of your faith, to let them know they are doing a disservice to your faith? I would if I where you.

Oloe,
Have you contacted the extremist islamists and let them know that you disagree with their teachings and beliefs?

Well, If I where a muslim, and disagreed with their teachings, I would try to.
Since I am an Athiest, I do not feel that I have a right to tell ANY religon how they should operate. It is not my place.
Evil, Do you agree with the Jesus Camp's stance?

Laughable. Men of faith and conviction don't have their faith "tarnished" by the acts or words of others.
Faith is a personal issue. In order to uinderstand faith, one must be spiritually motivated.
That leaves you and the rest of your poor atheist friends out of the loop.
What a pity.

I guess so. That explains why I cannot understand the maniacal behavior of funamental radicals. This also explains why I don't fall for their BS either.

I do all the time. Anyone who mentions Jesus more than 200 times in a 15 minute conversation is usually an annoying *******. The idiot in the video is an example of someone who needs to be smacked. Braces, Geer, Oloennker all know that this is radical fundamentalism at its worst, not the message I hear each Sunday. Keep reaching if it makes you feel better. I have lost close friends because they "found Christ" in their mid 30's after a life of debauchery. Then they are better than you and most evangelicals seem to hate Catholics so I lose there too.
Fundies are annoying and dangerous no matter what they believe. This country is so great because Geer has the right to not subscribe to something I do. When Geer threatens to kill me for what I hold dear, we have a problem. Why is this so hard for you athiests to understand? You guys seem to know everything else.
Damn pesky Christians believing in all that hateful "love thy neighbor" menusha. How disgusting. Man, that proves there is no God.
