Up here in my neck of the woods we have a lot of tree huggers that consider the amount of gas passed by cows to be one of the main causes of global warming, gasses, and most everything else that might be wrong in this world.

Just something else to consider for you talk. :)

I made a nice scallop and cheese sauce over linquini the other night. Plus I am mightier than an Oak.
