HRV exhaust connection

Can an HRV's "exhaust air to outside" port be connected to a 6" roof vented flue, that is shared only by a propane fueled hot water heater?

I'm guessing no (backdrafting gas exhaust???), but I haven't seen any documentation on it.

NO NO NO... Never even think of doing that there will be back draft. HRV should have it's own two vent hood out the side of the home.
