i fired a guy for *****ing about how heavy the tool bag was , got to the crawlspace, threw it down ,caved in the bottom , it landed in a pile of dog ****. his ass was so gone !

hahaha. My buddy had a "door open" service call once. Well, homeowner forgot to put away the german sheppard. He was up on top of the refrigerator until another tech could come to the house and distract the dog at the front door enough so he could run out the back slider. That was funny. I had a doberman jump a fence from the neighbor's yard once while looking at a condenser. I basically crapped my pants, but he was friendly. Just wanted me to throw his ball. Thank god.

Whats the matter?Can't find good employees or is it that you only pay crap pay for crap work?Next time you interview a guy find out if he has a back ground.In this trade.Why don't you teach these guys instead of kicking them in the nuts.
