Nope, I really don't see a pattern here to justify profiling, do you..?
So, to ensure we Americans never offend anyone, particularly fanatics intent on killing us, airport security screeners will no longer be allowed to profile certain people. They must conduct random searches of 80-year-old women, little kids, airline pilots with proper identification, secret agents who are members of the President's security detail, 85-year old Congressmen with metal hips, and Medal of Honor winning and former Governor Joe Foss, but leave Muslim Males between the ages 17 and 40 alone because of profiling.
As the writer of the award winning story "Forrest Gump" so aptly put it, "Stupid is as stupid does."
Come on people wake up!!!

LOL!
I wonder how many terrible crimes would never have been solved if a profile wasn't utilized.
My score was 100%. He-he.

Considering that half of those events occurred in Mulsim countries, How would profiling have been of any effect in those situations?
How would you do the profiling? What would be your qualifications of who get profiled and who does not? What would the profiling accomplish? Once you have profiled people, what do you want to do next?
Would you use "race" as a profile?
Would you use "style of clothing garments worn"?
Would you use "Origin"?
Would you use "Name"?
Let me know how you would do this.
And how it would have stopped any of those events from happening?

Thats just a crap ass denial that you don't understand the questions. Denial of what?
I understand that there are extremist Musilims in our world. But how would you conduct the profiling? Racially?
That means that all of us are subject to such profiling. Muslim is not a race, it is a religon. There are bellievers in the muslim religons that are: White, Black, Middle Eastern, and Asian. So I guess that pretty much means that you would have to deny EVERYONE from flying, huh?
Or would you use clothing as your "profiling" system huh? Well, you don't think that the Terrorists don't already know this trick.. Come on...
Profile them according to origin? Well, there are Muslims on every continent, and probably in every country on earth... Thats gonna be tough to do as well..
By name? What really is in a name anyhow? That does not always mean that someone is a radical? Timothy McVeigh? Hmmmm, He would have sailed right through your "profile"....
I guess you still don't understand the questions.

You brought up "denial". You answer this one.
I understand that there are extremist Musilims in our world. But how would you conduct the profiling? Racially?
Racially? No. That's against the law. I'd take off all people over 45 and under 17. Then all females. Then all the rest that speak with no foreign accent. The rest I'd let go on the plane. That should satisfy all the PC idiots out there.

Gee. I'm at a loss for an answer. But I'm sure you have the perfect solution. Care to share it?
Profile them according to origin? Well, there are Muslims on every continent, and probably in every country on earth... Thats gonna be tough to do as well..

As long as you keep calling me Wanker, I am going to resort to your level of intelect, and call you Bootlicker whenever I wish. You started it, I am just keeping it on your level.
Start with Webster's Unabridged
Moot:
–adjective
1. open to discussion or debate; debatable; doubtful: a moot point.
2. of little or no practical value or meaning; purely academic.
3. Chiefly Law. not actual; theoretical; hypothetical
I understand the meaning of the word, but have yet to prove any moot point on my behalf
Then take a course in American English.
I have taken two years of university engilish classes (yes in the US), so I would imagine that I have a decent grasp of the American English Language. I do admit, I do not understand alot of Southern drawl, but neither can the rest of America anyhow...

Foerign to what? The US?! Terrorism is not only an American problem, dude. How are you going to enforce this kind of ill planned security system in countries other than the US? Are you saying that only Americans, with no accents should be allowed to fly? Anywhere in the world? Thats a pretty shortsighted plan you have there.
No. I'd abide by PC idiots rules and they'd be the only ones in the air. Shoot 'em down when they get off flight plan.
Okie dokie..
Gee. I'm at a loss for an answer. But I'm sure you have the perfect solution. Care to share it?
I never claimed that I had the solution.
Really? How many have been involved in the attacks we have experienced?
Al-Q is in all those countries. A good number are from the ME, some have been from The Philipines. Some are from Pakistan, Some apparently are from Europe. I thought that that was common knowledge? I guess not.
You think McVeigh was a Muslim?
What? I never said that.
What I DID say, is that, according to your profile, a man who was the biggest terrorist America saw intil 9/11/01 was just another home grown American boy, whom your "profile" would not have stopped...
Profiles will not solve the terrorist problem... If the Admin. Thought it would, they would implement it, dont you think so?
What questions?
Why am I suprised you dont get it.

McViegh worked with Muslim terrorists who were whitewashed by the Clinton administration in order to keep Middle East negotiations in line.
If you don't remember the two days of focusing on two Muslim males between the ages of 17 & 40, just read some of the archived stories within the first 48 hours of the bombing in Oklahoma. McViegh may have been used as a patsy, but that bombing had Islam written all over it.
From the day of the bombing;
"The Chicago Tribune reported that the CIA spokesman had acknowledged on the record that the agency is involved in the search. There is a description that the car bombs that were used at the Murrah building are favored by Islamic fundamentalists. It discusses in Exhibit B that Oklahoma City has an Islamic Center and the state is home to about 5,000 Muslims. It goes on to say that a television documentary linked Oklahoma City to an Islamic fundamentalist network operating out of New Jersey, Chicago and Texas. Mr. Steven Emerson, a terrorism expert and executive producer of "Jihad in America" said -- and I don't think there is any question Mr. Emerson is an expert on terrorism -- that Oklahoma City has been the venue for several Islamic conventions, including one in 1992 where 6,000 people cheered calls for killing of Jews and infidels. This meeting, incidentally, took place four blocks from the Murrah building.

Wrong. Actually McVeigh was following the sequences that happened in a fictional book called "The Turner Diaries" which promotes an all white America and the elimination of the US Government... He substituted the Murrah building because he did not have access to the FBI headquarters, as was described in the book. He even used the exact type of explosives and a rental truck, as outlined in the story.
Initially they thought that it was a Muslim fundamentlist movement that commited the crime, but later realized that it was American Anti Government types that commited the crime.
Nice try to link the two groups.

It's not exactly a conspiracy theory when dozens of eyewitness's mentioned the Middle Eastern men at the scene of the bombing in Oklahoma and that for the first two days after the bombing, even after McVeigh had been picked up for not having tags on his vehicle, the entire emphasis of the bombing was in search of the Middle Eastern men that were seen by dozens of eyewitness's at the scene of the bombing.
This is not an after the fact conjuring of evidence; this is at the moment of impact reality that was completely covered over by our government.
My guess is that President Clinton got a call from one of our reluctant Muslim allies to squash the Middle Eastern connection in order to maintain proper trade relations. I am not even stating that at the time this was not such a bad idea, but we found out on September 11, 2001 just how wrong we were to not give the Islamic terrorists the attention they wanted.
Not a conspiracy at all. Just bringing to light the facts that were suppressed and washed over.

Same could be said of any conspiracy...
Wether you like it or not, your stating a conspiracy theory. Do you have proof that "some" middle eastern country begged clinton to "white wash" the bombings? Which ME country did this? And why?
Probably as likely that the 9/11/01 planes where controlled by Remote control, and all the passengers are living a nice life in Argentina, protected by a relocation program...
How do you explain the similar type of bombing described in "The Turner Diaries"?? The connection with "The Order" and Mc Veigh was proven, and he admitted to be a big fan of "Turner Diaries"...

A fruitcake is full of nuts and fruits...
A fundie thinks nuts and fruits are weird..... THAT offends the fruitcakes and renders them a huge Christmas throw-away item and the "gift" that no one wants.

Im pretty sure he covered all of these questions by posting the Muslim male thingy.

All of this name calling and bickering. And for what??
I am going to explain this one last time.
1. There are Muslim individuals who want us dead because we have personal freedoms and choice.
2. Bill Clinton and Janet Reno focused on Microsoft and Joe Camel instead of the ones who were threatening us.
3. They sold military secrets to communist nations who in turn shared info and weapons with the terrorists. Madylyn Albright did not think it was fair that we were more powerful than North Korea and wanted to even the score.
4. The terrorist we are fighting know that they can influence American elections through media sympathy so they carefully plan their manuvers and the American lefties gobble it up like mama's home cookin.
5. People like Geer and Oloe come on here and puke up everything CNN and NPR says over and over again.

The terrorists attacked us because of the confusion over the election in 2000?
GW's "nation building war" came before we were attacked?
The terrorists attacked us because "GW's buddies" made money in the oil business?
Come on acmanko, even you can figure this garbage out for yourself.

All of this name calling and bickering. And for what??
Well, thank your buddies (james and Boot) for the instigators of that...
. There are Muslim individuals who want us dead because we have personal freedoms and choice.
Come on Dayton!! Thats a canned bushbot reasoning. The real scoop is this:
Osama Bin Laden is upset at the USA because we placed Permanent military bases in Saudia Arabia. He is also upset with the Saudi Raoyal Family because his Mujahadin was not allowed to "handle" the invasion of Kuwait by Saddam Hussein in 1990.
Hezbollah is angry with the USA because of our support of Isreal via arms and funding
Iran is angry at the US for arming Saddam During the Iran-Iraq war (we gave him tons of chemical and biological weapons that Iraq used without mercy on the Iranian forces, with no complaint from the US)
But it sounds so much nicer when you just sum it up as "they hate our freedom"... Thats the Bush PR campaign working it's magic again.
2. Bill Clinton and Janet Reno focused on Microsoft and Joe Camel instead of the ones who were threatening us.
But it still happened (9/11/01) on Bush's watch. Under bush's helm, the CIA and the rest of them ignored the warning signs, and where busy thinking up new ways they could implement more tax cuts to benefit the Rich and bankrupt the middle classes. Do you ever wonder why Bush conveniently likes to dismiss the 9/11 cominssion reports?Hmmmm...
3. They sold military secrets to communist nations who in turn shared info and weapons with the terrorists. Madylyn Albright did not think it was fair that we were more powerful than North Korea and wanted to even the score.
Who are the "they" you are referring to? If you are insinuating that Americans sold weapons technology to the Comunists, I dont know where you got that information. But it is well known that Reagan and GHW Bush funneled millions of $$$ and weapons to Iraq during the Iran-Iraq war. Plenty of American assets and money where funneled into Iran during the reign of the Shah, Including a nuclear reactor, and fuel. Hmmm where do you think Iran gets it nuclear technology from? Hmmm ... The USA. Who did this? Hmm.. Nixon and Ford...
4. The terrorist we are fighting know that they can influence American elections through media sympathy so they carefully plan their manuvers and the American lefties gobble it up like mama's home cookin.
Actually that is the job of the American PR campaign the Bush administration has hired. Hill & Knowlton is one of the worlds largest PR firms, and they have been hired by the PNAC to off a "softer" light on American aggressions in the Middle east, while simultaiously, paint the "enemy" in a harsher light. It's simple propaganda. The average American that has no stake in this war see the images and doublespeak of the Bush admin, and are sucked into their web of lies and deceit that they are willing to buy anything they have to sell. It's called Doublespeak. GW is good at it, and you are buying it; "This is a war for peace".. Do you see the Doublespeak in the last sentece? I am sure you have heard GW say that before, because he has many times over his dictatorship.
5. People like Geer and Oloe come on here and puke up everything CNN and NPR says over and over again.
Actually, I do not watch any of the Cable News Channels. they do not factually represent what is going on in the world, not do they even have enoght correspopndants to cover the world, like they claim. Plus, you never should never trust any news organization that is owned by large corporations that might have a stake in the news you see. In my mind they are biased.
NPR, too, is too biased for me. I like to watch Foreign news channels. I like BBC, and DW, although I doo keep a leary eye for BS.. Someone keeps spamming , or hacked, whatever you want to call it,the al-Jazeira english page, so getting their perspective is really hard if you have a US based IP address.
So since you made the charges, what have I heard frrom CNN or NPR that I barf up here in this forum?
Sounds like you are trying to defend something that is indefencible. It also shows that you do not have a good grasp on what exactly is going on in our country, and how they are slowly eroding it values and freedoms away. You are buyiing exatly the message they want you to buy.
Yeah, 'cause "freedom is on the march!!..." Right out of your wallet and into theirs.

Give me a break. Am I supposed to be stupid? Everything you post on here is nothing but cable news lies. "Dictatorship"? Did you get that from moveon.org?
NPR and cable news are biased so you don't watch them? Bull****!!!!
Im curious, you say that you are an independant. You say that the Democrats anger you sometimes too. Yet, the only thing you can post is anti-Bush, anti-Republican talking points I hear every day from Rhandi Rhoades.
You are a leftist, a liberal and a Democrat. At least be proud of who you are and admit it. Geez!
I don't have a grasp? Eroding freedoms? You won't even admit that Clinton, Gore, Reno and company twisted the law every chance they got. Maybe your "independant" stance would be believable if you called the left out every once in awhile.
Also Mr. Oloe, please do not sarcasticaly talk down to me like "do you see the doublespeak." While I might not have your intellect, I am a college graduate and I read everything I can get my hands on about Iraq. Both left and right opinions. I have formed my opinion based on what I see as facts. I am also a former leftist. Pro choice, anti gun, voted for Clinton, the whole works. I saw past the lies and got sick of people like Dan Rather and Katie Couric giving me the "news" and trying not to act like they have an agenda. Don't tell me I have no idea what is going on over there. For Pete's sake, quit acting like presidential mistakes and terrorism began with Bush. I shouldn't be surprised, history begins everyday with liberals.

No I got it from the dictionary.
-dic?ta?tor?ship? [dik-tey-ter-ship, dik-tey-] –noun
1. a country, government, or the form of government in which absolute power is exercised by a dictator.
2. absolute, imperious, or overbearing power or control.
3. the office or position held by a dictator.
NPR and cable news are biased so you don't watch them? Bull****!!!!
I never said I do not watch them, But I said I do not rely on them as my source.
Im curious, you say that you are an independant. You say that the Democrats anger you sometimes too. Yet, the only thing you can post is anti-Bush, anti-Republican talking points I hear every day from Rhandi Rhoades.
I never said that I an Independant. I said that I am not a member of the Democrat Party. Yes, Democrats are morons at times as well. But lately, their follies have paled in camparison to the follies of the Bush admin.
Randi Rhoades?!??! I cant stand that lady. She is just a freaking repeater. None of here topics are opnions of her own. She is just as bad as Al Franken. (I hear her show all the time, the wife likes her. I am trying to weane her off that crap.)
You are a leftist, a liberal and a Democrat. At least be proud of who you are and admit it. Geez!
Leftist? Maybe a little. Liberal, yes! Democrat? No!! But I am proud to be a member of the Green Party. I have even entertained the Ideals of Libertairians as well... But they are too much to right for me.
I don't have a grasp? Eroding freedoms? You won't even admit that Clinton, Gore, Reno and company twisted the law every chance they got. Maybe your "independant" stance would be believable if you called the left out every once in awhile.
Every administration has done this. But only Bush has commited Felonies. Thats the difference.
You dont think that I was mad as hell when the FBI sent tanks into that compound in Waco?! Was I not mad as hell when They shot that lady on ruby ridge?! Yeah, I was mad, and I blamed an inept Attorney General for that. But that was then and this is now.
Also Mr. Oloe, please do not sarcasticaly talk down to me like "do you see the doublespeak." While I might not have your intellect, I am a college graduate and I read everything I can get my hands on about Iraq. Both left and right opinions. I have formed my opinion based on what I see as facts.
Well that is all one can ask. I hope that these are genuine real opnions that you have made, and not ones that are manufactured to make you believe them, because there are plenty of people that do that kind of stuff for a living.
I am also a former leftist. Pro choice, anti gun, voted for Clinton, the whole works.
Thats where I differ. I am pro choice, Pro gun, and I never voted for clinton.
For Pete's sake, quit acting like presidential mistakes and terrorism began with Bush. I shouldn't be surprised, history begins everyday with liberals.
Nope, His daddy planted the seed back in the 90's. I had to go to war because of his daddy. It was my choice, and no one elses. Would I do it again today? Not in this war. Would I do it if I though that there where a substancial enemy that posed a REAL threat to our country? A military force that is invading us? Yes, I will go once again.
What really bothers me about the events on 9/11/01 and the subsequent events that have happened since smell so similar to 1930's Germany, that it really scares the crap out of me. Why does it scare the crap out of me? Well, I used to talk alot with my granfather before he died. He told me about his youth and the time he spent in the Schutzstaffel. (thats the SS to us) He warned me of the tactics used by the government at the time and how they used fear and xnophobia to convince the people for reasons to go to war. The use of corporatisim and it effects on people. The smear of dissent, and the rise of Patriotism and the denouncement of anyone who does not agree.
I see the same paralells today with PNAC and how they manipulate media and justify war. Its almost move by move how paralell it is. Iraq is paralell to Austria, and Iran is Chekoslovakia, and so forth.
Does America need to be on the brink of Civil war, for us all to realize this threat potential that eminates within out own government?
