get a malco ductboard kit it comes with the book
be sure to staple flap & mastic all internal joints. is really clean & easy to work with. dont cut corners, do it right. allso do shiplap, buy the shiplap kit with the square & allso get an angler tool & manual

YUCK,YUCK! Ductboard should be outlawed. Metal duct is the only way to go. Hack companies and weekend hacks are the only people who use that stuff around here. Buy some metalworking equipment and be remembered by your quality not your quantity.

No iddiot, weekend hacks & obviously you dont have the proper tools or training for ductboard. lets see your credentials mr know it all. get an education before you spout off at the mouth. A valid contractors license wouldnt hurt.
I Admire Curdog for taking pride & wanting to learn proper techniques. for all we know he does commercial work.
what do you do when ductboard has to be tied into or repaired, i thought so ! you have a piece of taped sheet metal over it. go away iddiot.
You are not capable of working metal or ductboard so piss off.
