A couple summers ago my old outside compressor burnt up and I had it replaced with a used unit that was fairly old. This summer is seems as if it isn't cooling like it used too. I can feel cold air coming out of my vents, some vents better than others though. My bedroom is the coolest in the house and my living room and kitchen are not as cool. I can run my a/c all day at 65-68 degrees and it will be around 78-80. I am about to have someone come out, any ideas on what my problems might be. I change the filter about once every couple months. I do know that at least one of my exhaust fans locked up and no longer works
