Induction diffusers with coils

I have seen simular ones in hospital patient restrooms or small spaces where there are hard lid ceilings, where above ceiling space is limited. They are not cheap though.

I see them often installed into drop ceiling grids in cubicle farms. I don't really know of any benefit they have other than their slick looks though.

I really can't imagine any situation where those would be superior to the typical square diffusers. Do you know much about them?
