Can the fieldpiece sc77 multimeter measure millivolts I'm looking into this multimeter but still have some old steam or gravity hot water boilers that have millivolt burner circuits

Not sure about that but the fluke 187 does as well as do milliamps

Yes, it reads DC millivolts. 0.1 mv resolution.
