My soon to be new compressor calls for a run cap. of 65/370 rating. All I can find locally in 370 V. is 60 or 70 MFD. Which might be the better choice. Thanks in advance.

65/370 or 65/440

I would recommend 6 10s and one 5

My soon to be telekinesis tells me you'll need a whole new system very soon.
But you can find that locally. Maybe.

60/5µf dual capacitor yes, 65µf single capacitor no.
