He would have been indicted in many states other than Texas. Sad fact. I'm glad he didn't. I hope it never happens to my kids cause as much as I'd like to, I'm not big enough to pumel someone.

Texas has common sense. Anyone with kids would have done the same, but maybe in some place like San Fran. they might be the criminal......Penalty or not, someone I find abusing my daughter, they are not long for this world. Let them try to indict me. LOL
