DCS OVEN

I'm trying to find a oven thermostat sensing bulb or the whole gas valve for a DCS 60-36G. I think Fisher Packel
Or someone use to make it. Contacted DCS and General Parts with no luck. I'm guessing a Robert Shaw of some sorts is in there. This unit has 2 ovens below 4 burners and a flat grill. Any help would be appreciated.

i have got my oven gas valves from haritage food . if you need a 1800 3 let me know .they have got a lot of even steam kettle parts;refer parts .
