chiller mekanik

Just took the kids to Island of Adventure @ Universal Studio theme park in Orlando.
While waiting in line to ride the Incredible Hulk roller coaster I spotted two abandoned chillers off to the side that were painted green to appear to be part of Bruce Banners lab.
Every once in a while fog or steam comes out of them for effect.
I heard a guy next to me tell his wife that they looked like nuclear generators.
One is a Sidewinder & the other is a Double Ender, the Double Ender is rotated 90* so that the suction ell for first stage is actually vertical instead of horizontal.
Has anyone else seen these chillers?
Does anyone know the story behind them?
I wonder if they once operated right where they sit or if they came in from another part of the park or somewhere else.
If they were moved in for the purpose of effect, that shows how serious they take their work considering that the Sidewinder probably weighs around 15,000 lbs & the Double Ender is probably closer to 20,000 lbs.
