Hi all. First post.

The air handler above the drop ceiling has water dribbling out of all the seems where the sheet metal bottom meets the sheet metal sides. Seems to come and go as it cycles on and off.

Could this be anything other than a drain line clog?

Could be the unit sweating. Areas around seams are sometimes missed in the insulation process. If your in a hot, humid plenum then it's even more likly.

The unit itself has no insulation on it at all, but the ductwork coming out each end does.
I thought it was a drain problem, but wonder if it could just be condensation from the unit itself. It's in a really hot, humid area and today was the hottest it's seen so far.
Thanks

Check to make sure there is a p-trap with sufficient drop to allow drainage. There should also be a vent tee downstream of the trap.
