package system 65/250 evap coil only half full

Had an oil leak on a package unit with a semi herm comp fixed leak and filled with oil pulled vacumm charged up system to 65 and 250.Only have a 10 degree temp difference, suction line is not sweating, evap coil only half of it is sweating. Have one unloader with solinoid should i have
charged with it energized or deenergized? Do you think there is sludge in system from oil. Discharge line is very hot.

PERFORM A MAINTENANCE ON UNIT. CLEAN CONDENSER AND EVAPORATOR COILS WITH CHEMICALS, CHECK BLOWER BELT, BLOWER WHEELS, AND DELTA T ACROSS COIL. NOTE: WHEN POWER IS APPLIED TO THE UNLOADER {CARRIER} THE COMPRESSOR IS OPERATING UNLOADED.LOOK AT RLA ON UNIT TO DETERMIN AMPERAGE OF COMPRESSOR. CHARGE SYSTEM WHEN OUTDOOR TEMPERATURE IS ABOVE 80 F IN THE LOADED STATE. MONITOR SUPERHEAT, SUBCOOLING, AS WELL AS UNIT PREASURES AND COMPARE THEM TO CHARGING CHART.I BELIEVE YOU WILL SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM.
