California Raids 15m $ 911 Fund

I need a little help posting the link from The Blaze.com but the short of it is the California Govt took all of the money out of a fund meant for the children of 911 victims.

This is theft. They stopped funding these kids college educations 7 years ago.

If a individual did this the would be holed up a San Quentin.

Cali would break open their own daughter's piggy bank for crack if they needed a fix. Not a surprise, but somebody's head should roll if true.

Next they should go after the tobacco tax fund, alcohol tax fund, the CRV “tax” fund, the electronic waste “tax” fund, the car tire "tax" fund, etc. These are other funds that have way more money in them that is not being used for what it is intended for. Either use the money, pilfer the money or stop taxing us.

These funds should either be used or pilfered. Besides what is worse, not funding the children’s education, if that is even true or emptying the account? Seems to be the same net effect. The big crime is letting the money stagnate.

You know what that’s called right ?

Maybe the fund was established under good intentions but they found the children were being well taken care of under other similar funds. Therefore they simply withheld what would be duplicate payments. In a case like that they would be correct in not paying out the money.

There is more to the story than is being revealed here.

The State of California who has taxed and spent itself into near bankruptcy, who has mismanaged its funds to the point of State insolvency has determined that a fund created for the children of 911 victims is " mismanaged".

By Californias standards Im sure it was. It had 15 million dollars in it.
