SCHD 40 PVC Repair

Any suggestion for product or method to repair the inside of 18" Schd 40 PVC used for underground duct taking on water?

Have the pipe scoped to locate the leak, then dig up and repair.

if it is a straight run slip a 16'pipe inside and reduce it up to the 18" at both ends.OR isolated the leaking section, fill it with water and nitro and the leak will show on the ground plus add a dye...dig it and repair it.
