When a/c is running should drain line drip water or run constant? I have heard if you dont leave a bow in line to hold water you could lose a/c out drain line?

Some guys use a trap to hold a bit of water and prevent blowing A/C out of the condensate line, some guys don't.
Unless your coil is a negitive pressure coil (which means the condensate line would be sucking) you don't "need" a trap. What little air escapes from that line is nothing to worry about.
There is also no rule on whether it should drip or run out. If it's really humid out it will likely run out fairly fast, but if it's dry it might only drip occasionally.
