Anyone had work on this type of equipment.
Mod LP-2800BL Ser. 1190980
220-240V charger. 12VDC system.
Having problems with the Tilt return. The tilt down is no problem.

How does it tilt? Is it a toggle switch? We work on a lot of savage Bros. bowl lifts and this switch goes out over time.

Yes, I replaced them with a selector switch with a spring return.

That works a little different then Savage Bros. in that the Picard is using a relay to reverse the direction. Is it possible that the gearbox is causing a binding on tilting back up?

I added a diode this way i would not make a short circuit. When i changed the direction of the motor.
