is there a kit to convert spacepak from r-22 to 410a?

I suppose the meterin device would be the only real concern if you are having the outdoor unit changed from a R22 unit to a R410a unit. I would be very concerned with the amount of refrigerant oil that can be in that Spacepak coil though.
The best bet would be to replace the SpacePak unit as well as the outdoor unit. If that is absolutely impossible, it would be best to have refrigerant filter/driers in place to clean up contaminants from the SpacePak on startup. Then have the filter/driers removed and replaced after a few hours run time. Even then, you may have problems with the oil.

thxs, condenseing unit went bad, searcing for options. Dry cond. unit, convert, or replace???? dry unit looks cheaper.

I'd go with a dry charge R22 unit before messing with adapting to R410a. Depending on how old your system is, you may even need to add more outlets if you go with a new high velocity system.

Until the indoor coil springs a leak, and you have to pay to repair that leak, and replace all that expensive R22.

At least with the amount of condensate that constantly washes through those hi-velocity coils will greatly reduce the chance of formicary corrosion. Nothing like having 200-250 cfm per ton of cooling going over a thick slab of evap coil for moisture removal.

Thats probably why the coil usually out last the rest of those air handlers.
