Goodman AHU issue

Question: I have a Goodman AHU, model # A36-10 and here's what's happening. The blower fan stopped working. The blower fan will only run when the heat is set to about 3+ degrees over room temp. It won't work when in ac mode or with fan switch in on position. There isn't a board in the AHU. Touching G to R does not make fan run either. Also, when this heat pump is in ac mode the condensor runs even though the indoor fan doesn't. Any help would be appreciated!

Sounds like a positive fan on feature on a call for heat ! That in itself should point you in the right direction. You've verified the motor runs already.
