there looking for this type in both the New York offices that cover the City and Long Island.they have to be tweeking the techs with the level some of those guys are at in doing jobs under contract.

I did a 10 year stretch with Siemens (aka powers, landis & gyr, landis & staefa) & they tried the team leader concept.
We couldn't figure out if they were trying to find the brown noser in the group & use him for their gain or if they were trying to reward someone for doing a great job by giving out a title instead of a raise or bonus.
Nobody fell for it.

i don't see this listing in other cities,only for those groups here....wierd.they must be having a furiture throwing contest there as the weeks tick away to the final shoe dropping to trim down(abuse)the lead guys.
