Can I replace a Trane XE1100 TWN042C100A with a XE1000 TWR042C100B3

The online specs seem to be the same. My XE1100 TWN042C100A has failed and I am considering buying the XE1000 TWR042C100B3. My air handler is a Trane TWE048C14B and it works well. Thanks.
