I am going to be building a new home in central, FL, front faces south, 2-story, 2050 living. I was looking to go closed envelope and was hoping to get some advice for the best system for the money, and also recommendations on an ERV system.

There will be some to differ,but I like Goodman equip.for the money,but get somebody that has license,Hvac and it pays to check on some of there past work,hope you get you dollars worth.
