Carrier infinity question

I am working on a Zoned Carrier Infinity system. I cannot get a temp. drop of more that 12 degrees across the coil. I have gone through the subcooling and it checks out, I have checked the airflow and it is where it should be. I am out of ideas and it is getting hot, can you help?

Post all of the model numbers.

Tell use what the air flow is along with the ESP,superheat and subcooling.
