I couldn't help but notice a few unspoken comments about this condenser.
Go to tech installation.
Two comments : Clean that coil and run cap bandit.

Nah, the RCB wouldn't have hung the smaller capacitor in the mounting hole with metal strap and wire ties.
It would be laying loose in the control compartment, either in its box, or with a bunch of tape wrapped around the end.

The only thing keeping those terminals from touching the cabinet was one wire pulled tight.
I couldn't help but laugh as I could tell he knew better but was thinking to himself "Only one more year until retirement":grin2:
There was no preinspection on that unit prior to the presentation.
I bet he was thinking thank God I don't have to service these POS's anymore.
