Inventory and scheduling

I need to change my inventory database software, and my customer database software. any suggestions.
I do 30 to 40 completed calls a week. Three vehicles. and about 2,000 part numbers I track regularly

i heard Quickbooks had an inventory attachment.
I need to track each truck as an individual location with shelf locations within.

I would use QB for what it's designed for. You wont be happy with the results if you try to do inventory with it.
I use QB for accounting (invoices, bookkeeping, payments, etc.), and Access/excel for the rest. Inventory with excel, IMO, is an easier way to go.
