goodman comp. start up troubles

3-ton condensing unit 1 year old some times it doesnt start it cycles on overload for a few times then starts per-customer it runs ok when I check it I didn't install hardstart didn't solve .:bump:

yup...sounds like the compressor isn't starting. its good man, we dont need any other info

Make, model, is the cap for the compressor good? Does it have freon? Need more info.
