Is it just me, or does this guy have trouble maintaining a train of thought? The Guy is standing before the Supreme Court and he sounds like a teen age imbecile :whistle:

and to have a Supreme Court justice say to you "We're not Stupid" implies YOU ARE STUPID. Thats down right embarrassing :whistle:

I am following the case as as I can. Several encouraging signs the SCOTUS may flush obamacare.

I think it's all a show to delay the ultimate public outcry and rage when they say it is Constitutional. I hope I am proved wrong, but I think we are screwed.

They're not making themselves look good, are they? This whole thing looks like a high school debate club. Really sad. And this our "best and brightest"? Allah help us........

That is a nagging doubt with me also.

this may come down to a 5-4 decision to abolish the entire law. The Justices have hinted that in order to remove the Individual mandate, the entire law must go

But this is the Supreme Court, so it could go either way.
