Let me preface this by saying I have not been to the jobsite, only going by what my buddy here at work is telling me.

Here’s what we got: Trailer park, package unit (according to the guy I work with it is not just a condensing unit, also includes the evap coil, blower motor, etc…) and there is no outdoor disconnect box on the side of the trailer (which I thought was a necessity due to codes) or do package units not have one? He wants me to come look at it, but I am confused where the shut off would be….he said the only thing labeled on the indoor breaker is “furnace”.

Just a little confused and wanted some knowledge before I head over there and try to do some preliminary troubleshooting.

On most mobile homes the breaker or "disconnect" is in the pedestal

some packaged units have the disconnect built into the unit.

Many times the transformer in the furnace supplies the 24v to the A/C also, with a fan control ctr. T-off the switch for the furnace to turn off the xformer. Pull a panel where the supply power goes into the condenser and there might be a disconnect built in. If not, look for a 2 pole, 20-30 amp brkr on the CB panel.
