Job consists of two Hydrons/4 compressors, numberous pumps, outside garage with controls, 7 zones radiant heat, three zones of cooling with separate thermostats, Techmar mixing control, Techmar boiler controls, three Unico air handlers with chilled water cooling coil and associated pump, three very large buffer (storage) tanks with valves for some reason and a ton of relays and control transformers located all over the place.

I'm replacing the failure of a control system in the heating mode now with cooling later. Eleminating a lot of relays and control circuits all over the place.

Simplifying everything and bringing as many controls as possible into the machine room with the Hydrons in place of the old controls being all over the place including a very large crawl space.

This contol panel is not operating the system yet as I need a good 8 hours to switch things over and do a final operational check.

So all the wiring is not completed and the switch cover in not on. Didn't put it in the Wall of Pride causes it's just a technical item now.

Clean panel work Delta T.
What kind of enclosure is that? What did it cost you? I didn't see any ground wire where did you hide it?

The ground wire is actually in two places one of which you should be able to see. Look between the two Honeywell controls you can see the ground wire to the controls themselves. But the line ground wire is behind the door on the right which is easy to see if the door were not on or I did a close up.

Plus everything, including the sensor wires, are run in EMT.

The door does come off and can be mounted on either side.

The cabinet is on of my "specials" I do for customers. I originally quoted a standard aluminum/plywood clad control panel for over three bills alone and then went on a control panel hunt.

EBay had this panel, a surplus Verizon panel, for twenty five beans plus shipping, I think. The seller had about 20 of them so there might be some left.

And I pass this saving on to the customer with their full knowledge and approval. And the aluminum back plate came out of a swimming pool heat pump that I just replaced. That also save the customer some money.

I looked up the seller. He still has more:
