Obamacare, this doesn't look good at all For America

I realize I haven't been paying as much attention as I probably should have, but I just read this from Rush Limbaugh and it doesn't even remotely look good for American, I mean if we're already in debt up to our butts where is the $$ gonna come from for this and if they start with insurance where will it stop?:gah:

basically, the deal is, Obama and the Democrat side of congress illegally passed this monstrosity they call a health care bill.
all major legislation needs a 2/3rds vote but they passed it under a finacial budget simple majority.

the bill gives the power to health-care insurance companies to bill the public for all their expenses, which will be enforced by the IRS.

where does the money come from?

like all socialist programs, businesses will be forced to participate but they will probably be capped at a lower amount, the bulk of the money will come from every American with a job who will be forced to contribute up to 9.5% of their income.
(the current bill says 9.5%, but of course this will be raised over time.
( Illegal aliens do not have to contribute to the system, so expect the other half of Mexico to be up here)

just like Social Security, the program will always be broke, constantly lowering service and raising rates, ...because they can't collect more money without a crisis.

due to backlash over the bill , the media stopped covering the Tea Party, and the rich selected Romney, the guy who passed Obamacare in his own state as the "alternative" Republican candidate, so either way the bill can't fail.



this country should be damn near revolution, right now, but the majority of the public is choosing to remain ignorant while letting their grandchildren worry about the problems.

any Republican talk show host who is not out there every day attacking Obama and Romney, is a traitor to this nation

OK Solar do you know that what he says is not the truth? If so please refute his assertion that the government will mussel companies into doing away with offering their employees health insurance.

Sounds like you automatically assume everything Rush says is wrong. I haven't found that to be the case. I have never seen him make an outright lie or falsehood about any of his statements.

Being "fair" I will admit that he has "embellished" his comments from time to time with assumptions which sometimes can be a stretch. But I have never heard him make up a lie out of whole cloth which would have to be the case if he made a claim about what was in the commie Obamacare and that not being the case.

There are a lot of people who cannot separate the "sh!t from shinola" so where there may be a good opinion in him somewhere, it is often so totally over the top as to be termed "entertainment" only.

Yeah just what I thought. You just don't like him so you assume what he says is wrong. I am terribly upset about what the liberals, socialist, Marxist and communist Democrats have done and are doing to our once great country.

I want to shout and holler myself about how they are destroying our country on the fast track. Can't survive another four years. I haven't caught him at one lie and we all have opinions and I agree with most but not all of them but never have seen him tell a lie like Obama and most Democrats do everyday.

Not to get my feet too deep in the muck, but Rush contradicts his argument a number of times. Also his claim that there will not be any employer-provided coverage sounds hollow from up here as most companies up here offer their employees health plans. Now how could that be, a country that has had socialized health care for 40+ years?

I like health care in Taiwan. Very little paper work, doctors don't charge arm and leg, and they get bonuses for making patients chose the healthy lifestyle.
Here doctors get bonuses from drug manufacturers for pushing their products instead pushing physical fitness, right diet and quitting cigarettes.

This package that was passed by our elected leaders in not about health care. And obama is not that intelligent to have invented and authored this monstrosity nor are the members of congress.

This 2,000 plus pages of double talk has been in the works for years and has been lurking in the background for the right time of introduction. And the new nation of obama supporters who primarily believe that some form of "something" is out there that is suppose to take care of them presented the ideal time for this intravenous injection of this monstrosity.

Notice that "it" came from no where, was introduced without much investigation of its background and sources and was easily passed through all the entry gates without one person actually willing to acknowledge that they not only read the whole thing but understand what is in the documents of endless double talk.

Within the documents are tons of other subjects that give this plan the legal right and authority to control such things as college finance programs as just one example. Yet no one questions any of this and it's still presented as a health care plan.

It's actually a virus that has been interjected into the basic form of our judicial, executive and administrave branches of our Federal Government at a point, time and method where removing it is almost impossible.

Focusing on the heath care portion is just a way of taking the spot light off of what it's true meaning is..and that is to give the leader of our Federal Government and what he/she stands for the powers and authorities to do what they please...and that is to reduce the strength of the US to a secondary position and to control the few citizens that might catch on to what is actually happening right under all of our feet.

As portions of this plan come into place then we will see and feel the results of our loss of liberties and strength as individuals, communities, states and as a nation.

Meanwhile, as part of the plan, if they can keep us arguing among ourselves this only facilitates the focus and time tables of spreading the implanted viruses into all sections of our society.
