DNC Plan for National Security

The recently released Democratic plan for national security involves capturing Osama bin Laden and increasing protection at home. Observers say the plan will be easy to accomplish if everyone will just vote Republican.

Nothing mythical about the fact that the previous admin was not up to snuff on the scope of the terrorist networks.
Most liberal apologists continue to point at the present admin, when there are a host of facts that point directly at the previous admin's failure to act.
I guess they were too busy manning the public opinion polls here at home to give national security much thought or money.
How our electorate would even consider voting for a guy who made public the fact that he loathed all things military, is beyond the scope of normalcy.

Nope. Gore asked the question of Oliver North under direct testimony during Iran-Contra. He did not know who these people were. It's all in the congressional record. Check it out.

Senator Al Gore of Tennessee was Not a member of the United States Senate Select Committee On Secret Military Assistance to Iran and The Nicaraguan Opposition and therefore DID NOT TAKE PART IN THE QUESTIONING OF WITNESSES before the committee.

Nah. Granted, the testimony was given about Abu Nidal, not OBL. The reality is still that Clinton-Gore were 'treating with terrorists' and didn't understand the severity of terrorist circumstances threatening a country that they took an oath to defend.
No military resources directed to effectively deal with threats ultimately mean more threats and attacks.

Democrats have no plan other than Bush bashing, then Republican bashing. Democreats are still for big government tax and spend. BUT, then the republicans come along and screw it up also. When will the incompetency and lack of leadership end? I have been so supportive of the Republican party since the beginning of Reagan's era. I had high hopes with the contract for America. Whats happening, why are things seemingly (maybe I am missing something) not being corrected with our government? Why do we have such an invasion of illegal immigrants? Why do our leaders come up with silly ideas such as the Senates answer to the illegal immigrant issue? Do they really think those people are going to follow the law NOW and pay fines or go back home and apply for visas what the heck are they thinking?
