Hey Jerry, start up a list of people who have sent in their pre registration forms. You know, monkey see monkey do. You'll get more faster.

They are coming in at a clipping rate. But like I said somewhere in an earlier post, I will keep who is coming confidential. I am hoping we get some surprises. Like from California or Gerogia. You know the anti-social States. :D

Since you are on the "committee" -- check your email.

My lips are sealed. Great list so far! Just don't see a couple I sure expected! Like Muuuuuuskie! Don't let a little thing like a wedding get in the way of a great party!

Well Spring hit Bennington. All of the tourist things are open for the season. The leaves are on the trees all green and purty. When these leaves start to turn color the convention will be here.!!!!!

It is surprising how many pre-registration forms are coming in. It will be here before you know it.

Seems like only yesterday that we started this forum, for the convention, back in January. Now it is all coming together.

It will be great to see you all SOON!!!

Liz gave me some and sent the form in. Kinda hard to make arrangements early with a late head count.

Well, guys, we're going to try to make it. Seeing as it's my birthday the following week and have relatives living in the Connecticut area. Trying to close a deal on selling some property. If that goes thru we'll be there. The scenery, weather, people in that area are all top shelf. Hope to see you all there.

Sounds like a fun deal. May be a bit of a stretch for me to get away from here. Kind of a long haul from Oregon. Who knows. Have fun, Michael

That's what jets are for, if you order far enough in
advance, the price should be cheeper than driving. When
booking your flight, if you are going to go to the convention, try the Providence, RI or Boston, MA airports. I bet someone from here could swing by one of the airports for you, if you were to ask. I don't think Bennington, VT has an airport. I've always had good luck with Continental. Very little malarkey with Continental. It's only a 2 or 3 hour drive. Very scenic. If you don't drive thru that dadgum chunnel.

Bennington is serviced by Albany(NY)International Airport. 45 mins. away. The next closest in Hartford Conn. 2hrs.

Once you get to an airport I would strongly suggest a car rental for the weekend. There is plenty of free parking and it is the best way to get around the area.

I just flew in and out of Manchester NH this weekend....had a job in Ayer MA. Manchester is serviced by US Air and Southwest Airlines and is a pretty nice airport and you avoid the Boston traffic. Don't know how far Manchester is from you, but isn't it closer than Connecticut?

To tell the truth I never heard of any one going to Manchester to catch a flight. Manchester is 120 miles from here. It is all secondary roads to get there from here.

Hartford is about the same distance (115 mi)but it is all interstate for the most part.
