After the Patriot Act, the Military Commissions Act, the NDAA, etc , the Bill of Rights is pretty much toast. So it maybe isn't surprising that fair voting also has become a footnote in the history books.

well, except for the shenanigans going on up in Maine! Where some don't have a rigged vote, they have NO vote.

"The Maine vote totals reflected about 84 percent of the state's precincts. The contests scheduled for the coming days -- including an entire county that postponed its caucuses because of a snow storm -- will not be counted, according to Webster, the state GOP chairman.

"We're not going to even accept the ballots. No one's going to keep track of them," he said, noting that those were the rules established by the party."

(those rules seem to be flexible... except for giving Ron Paul a fair shake, where they are inviolable)

Predictions by News Agencies used to be allowed in National elections, but it was found that the News organizations could influence the vote in the western States.

What you are wittnessing in the GOP primaries is allowed by the GOP party. but no one really gives a damn about the circus going on with the GOP

True enough. Fast forward to the end of the video to see how it is done now, with zero percent of the votes counted.
